据说中国人在做集体决策时, 若是没有完全达成一致的时候, 总是喜欢弄个 “保留意见”. 这样子表面看起来是维护了团结, 达成了一致, 但实际上真的出了什么问题的话, 那些 “保留意见” 的人往往又会跳出来说 “你看叫你们当初不听我的…”, “我都说…的啦…”.
反正就是说如果你有不同意见, 还是要想方设法说服别人或者被别人说服. 当事后诸葛亮是不对的, 也可以说是不负责任的.
这是在公司的某个 training 上学来的. 想想自己以前好像也干过不少这样的事情…

因为“保留意见”的意思就是，我不乐意花时间说服你让你确信这是对你好的、你应该去做的，我就是想强制执行。因此其实“民主过程”很重要，虽然有时候其实没有任何人有别的意见，你要让他们觉得他们参与了抉择，而不是被别人强制了。
