这两天一直在跑和当代艺术有关的地方. 昨天 (6月24日) 是和徐欢欢和猪也母去了朝阳酿酒厂艺术园和798工厂, 今天 (6月25日) 则跟着艺术史课的同学们到了京郊宋庄的一个村子里探访聚居在那里的画家们.

798是北京相当有名的艺术区了, 如果不知道的话可以 Google 一下. 那里原来是军工厂, 废弃后逐渐有一些艺术家和机构入驻, 渐渐也就成了气候, 有了些名声, 商业活动开始活跃起来, 一派生机勃勃的景象. 原本只是纯粹的民间现象或商业现象, 但这两年798逐渐进入政府视角, 再加上市政府意图以 “创意经济” 为北京新的经济增长点, 也许这会给 798 带来更大的变化. 酒厂工业园离 798 还有一段距离, 原来是朝阳酿酒厂, 估计发展过程和798差不多, 区别是里面一家大的画廊占据了大部分空间, 而小画廊, 小工作室只是点缀其间.

宋庄则是北京东郊一处普通农村, 九○年代渐渐有一些画家开始住在这里, 于是形成了所谓的 “画家村”. 充满梦想的青年们来到这里, 以一年几千块钱的价格租住下农家的院子, 寻找扬名的机会.

底层的画家们来来去去. 有的人来了又走了; 有的人走了又回来了. 有些人熬出了头, 他们得到了市场的认可, 正在往金字塔上爬, 他们盖起了自己的别墅, 开起了轿车; 但更多的画家还蜗居在简陋的平房中, 向我们述说交不起房租的艰辛和他们对理想的坚持. 来自辽阳的一个四十多岁的画家举着画笔在他那跼促的画室里光着膀子对我们说, 画画很苦很累, 但是他不在乎, 不经历苦痛的创作没有内涵. 他说他不会向商业屈服. 有钱的画家则在高大宽敞的画室中盘腿而坐, 骄傲地告诉我她的画在市场上有多么受欢迎, 告诉我们画能卖出去的诀窍, 告诉我们市场就喜欢这种艳丽的色彩, 所以她要这么画…

在798出来的时候遭遇暴雨, 三个人躲在欢欢的伞下一人扯着一只角 “漂浮” 而出. 黑云压城之下回望798厂区的一片阴霾之中, 穿着雨衣的骑车人狼狈而逃. 想起在车间里面, 巨大的革命口号下却坐着一个摆出 “资本主义姿势” 的外国女郎; “安全生产” 的大标语之下, 外国青年们正嘻嘻哈哈地在外墙状涂鸦; 有伫立着工农兵高举语录的雕像, 却也有用五角硬币拼凑成的名为 “财神毛泽东” 的毛泽东像…

过去与现在, 理想与现实的种种交织在一起, 往往让人有一种奇妙的, 不可言传的感受.

先写这么多吧, 关于酒厂, 798, 宋庄这几个地方和当代艺术, 也许还可以再展开写一些东西.

在 Google 中搜索自己的行为被称为 “egogoogling” (用 Google 查找单词ego 的意思). 很多时候这是一个有趣的游戏. 输入你的名字, 在后面再打个 “是”, 并把整个关键词用双引号(“)括起来, 例如这样:

你不仅可以用 Google 来寻找自己的信息 (或者就当开个玩笑好了, 毕竟这世界上很有可能有别的人也叫小明) , 还可以用来寻找那些名人的信息. 例如, 把名人的全名打到 Google 里头, 在后面加上 “是”, 并把整个搜索字段用引号括起来, 像这样

对知名人士芙蓉姐姐, 我们得到下列结果:

最后一天的上午考《微机原理》, 信息科学技术学院专业必修课, 我纯属去凑热闹.

王克义老爷爷之厚道原来在信科同学中口耳相传, 人见人夸, 都说王老爷子考试题几十年如一日, 背熟三套题目考试上 90 没问题… 不过自从学校规定优秀率以后情况有所变化. 往届题目人人都有人人都会背, 结果就是上学期考试因分数过高而被迫每人降了 6 分, 才勉强符合学校的优秀率要求 (≤40%). 今年可能老爷子是不想再调分, 结果题量加大, 还考了不少没考过的东西, 吓出一点冷汗. 还好我做为一个有基本思维能力的青年, 不但把三套题目背熟了也把那 700 页的大书给翻了, 基本没有大问题.

信科的考试和物院的考试风格确实是迥异的. 物院考试多以大题为主, 抓重点, 考知识考得并不多; 而信科的课程以我上过的几门来说, 都是知识密集型的, 像微机原理这样的课, 更是细致到选择题里问 “USB 2.0 的最大传输速率是?” (480MB/s 哦, 考试时写错了…) 还有两道编程大题, 答案正确与否完全取决于其中的一条转移指令有没有记住——平时写作业转移指令都依自己的习惯来写, 看到一些没用过的判断语句还真有点生疏.

王克义老爷爷在北大教了二十多年微机原理了, 其可爱程度堪比饼干爷爷. 尽管如此我还是觉得这种课程自学完全没有问题, 只是有一些细节方面的东西自学的话可能会被忽略掉, 所以还是要上课, 要竖起耳朵. 总体说来我的感觉就是偏工科的课还是比较好对付, 至少如果单纯应付考试的话只靠突击拿个高分也是可以的, 但理科可能就有点难了.

学完这门课硬件知识增长了不少, 当然不是实用性的知识了, 知道 CPU 的各种工作原理与去鼎好淘东西一点关系也没有, 是吧.

这门考试完后筋疲力尽, 于是下午另外一门修养课程《天体物理导论》成为悲剧. 期末考试之路的结局篇先不写了, 不堪回首啊. 等哪天心情好些再说吧. 未来几天要忙艺术史的论文, 明天跑 798 去, 后天要去宋庄.

一波未平, 一波又起. 今天有报道称四川大学 “九千大学生争看世界杯爆发骚乱“, 起因乃是校方 “为了让学生能够更好的准备即将举行的考试” 而夜间停电, 妨碍看球. 至于升达一事, 也有报道说直接导火线也是看球问题.

我仍然坚持我的观点, 导火索是什么并不重要, 学生们只是借机发泄更深层次的不满而已. 所以, 对待青年学生要小心翼翼, 别被他们抓住把柄了.

联想到年初法国学潮, 起因也涉及大学生就业问题. 无论是在中国还是法国, 今时今日的学潮理想主义的色彩都已渐渐远去, 大学生们更关注的是就业这样的现实问题. 不同的是法国大学生的示威在学生组织领导下进行, 有明确的利益诉求, 最后在与政府的沟通下基本和平平息; 而中国大学生缺乏真正代表自己利益的学生组织, 草率推出的代表亦无斗争经验, 恐怕也不能代表大部分学生 (大公报这样的半官方媒体说领头者是 “学习成绩差的学生”), 以至于地方官员向 AP 抱怨说, “我不知道 (骚乱大学生们) 到底想要些什么.”

当然. 官办的学生会早已成为官方的附庸. 即使是鼎鼎有名的北大学生会为解决学生会尴尬地位的困境, 设有专职权益维护机构, 但同学们权益受到侵害之时恐怕最先想到的解决方法还是上 BBS 发贴吸引眼球. 其它院校的学生会作用可想而知.

现实的社会缺乏言论渠道, “有气无处出”, 愤怒的情绪无从以一种平和的方式释放, 能量积蓄到一定程度, 一有 “微扰”, 马上产生雪崩效应. 去年反日风潮在我看来也是如此, 民众在那种指桑骂槐的发泄中得到满足. 大学校园 BBS 的火爆也是如此, 周济以 “国外的那些BBS网站没有什么影响, 没有多少人相信, 看的人也没有中国人多” 来证明院校 BBS 的言论不应该过分占据校园生活, 却没有考虑中国的现实.

在今天的中国出现自组织的真正代表学生利益的学生会几乎是不可能的事情, 官方忧虑学生组织一旦壮大会带来威胁, 势必要事事包办. 在这样的环境下, 通过合法渠道 (或者说平和一些的渠道) 伸张利益难上加难, 也只能通过这样激烈的, 偶发的暴力手段了. 但相信就业形势的进一步严峻, 这样的事情只会更多.
